:/ Thanks. I just wish people in my “real” life were more like that. It’s easier to pass on the internet, but in person, even the people who know about me don’t really respect it. Honestly, a lot of what I get from everybody is “you know we love you, we know we support you!” and then continue to call me she and MacKenzie and all the rest… it’s just so disheartening, because the shitty depressed part of me says “don’t bother correcting them, they don’t really care, anyway, you’re just going to look over sensitive”.

I guess it’s one of those things that’s missed in text, but I’m being 90% facetious when I say that. It’s actually poking fun at the fickle nature of a majority of Tumblr, and the other 10% is already a “fuck you, go ahead” to the anons that used to get on my ass about mentioning anything to do with the reasons behind my veganism and the like. I don’t honestly think people are going to start unfollowing me if my blog takes a turn towards being much more personal and geared towards serious issues like food ethics and spirituality, and if it does, then those people are shallow dicks.

Oh, I am not friends with her anymore, trust me, LOL. In fact, I haven’t heard from her in five years. Our friendship really started to crumble that night and completely fell apart within a matter of months.

DDDDD: I wish I had something informed and clever to say about negating the fiber-issue with a plant-based diet, but at present, I can’t think of anything. From a health stand-point, though, you’re very right. Even a reduced intake of meat from the typical Western diet greatly improves health. I wish it was a more common practice; of course, with the issue of convenience, any headway families may have made in sticking to a Meat-Free Monday type change hasn’t really trickled down to the restaurant and fast-food side of the industry :/ I think maybe once it reaches that point, we’ll start to see a really astounding and positive change in health in America.

Dude, your allowed your opinion and he is allowed his… My sister and father and law are veggie, and my husband eats paleo-diet, and I eat low-residue diet and we can all get along. Nothing wrong with being Vegan
